Delhi: Delhi Commission for Women chief Swati Maliwal said that 11 deaths have occurred at the Asha Kiran home for the mentally challenged in the past two months.
She said, women were roaming naked in unhygienic surroundings.
DCW has issued a notice to the social welfare department secretary.
